What is DottedSign Sandbox?

Developers can use DottedSign sandbox to build eSignature API for free. You will have unlimited test documents in the sandbox before subscribing to DottedSign. Kindly note that there is a daily limit of 20 tasks for your API testing. Documents signed in the sandbox environment are not legally valid.
How do I deploy my API applications to DottedSign Production environment?

DottedSign Sandbox is for testing API keys only. You will need to have a Business account to access the production key. Visit our pricing page to select the best plan for your business needs.
How will the plan be billed?

Our Business Plan is billed based on the number of tasks sent via API. A task can include one or multiple merged documents. This plan is also suitable for organizations who need to send signature invites via DottedSign SaaS. The number of tasks in the subscription plan can be shared between API and SaaS.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

Yes, your annual subscription will be automatically renewed until you change your plan or cancel your account. The pricing varies based on the volume of signature tasks you select.
We need to add more API requests or documents to our team. How will it be billed?

As the Admin, you can purchase add-on tasks during the current billing period. Upon renewal, your task limits will be reset to match your current subscription plan. You can also choose to upgrade your Business plan to accommodate your company's growth needs.
What happens if I hit my task limits?

We will notify you when you are about to reach your task limits. Once you have hit the limit before the plan renews, you will not be able to send invites until the next billing period starts. You could choose to purchase add-on quotas, or upgrade your plan for bigger capacity.
